During the second quarter of 2021, several prominent navigation and maps apps on iOS in Lebanon showed varied performance trends. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides insights into weekly downloads and active users for the top 5 apps in this category.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence throughout Q2 2021. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, peaking at around 1.9K in mid-May and ending the quarter at approximately 1.5K. Weekly active users remained steady, averaging around 225K, with a minor uptick in late May reaching roughly 229.5K.

Google Earth experienced a more modest but consistent download rate, with figures generally ranging between 300 and 500. Active users for the app hovered around 1.5K to 1.7K, showing a slight increase in early May.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a gradual increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads began at just over 70 in late March and grew to a peak of 123 by mid-June. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 16K and maintaining an average of around 16K throughout the quarter.
